Meet Carol:
Carol Bass started her business in the Greater Philadelphia/New Jersey area. Her clients loved that she was a service-driven decorator, not a product driven one. They appreciated that she was there to help them feature the things they have acquired, not to get rid of them. Carol, is the co-founder of The Decorating and Staging Academy and holds the title of Director of Training. Although she has been an entrepreneur since 1982, Carol now devotes her full efforts to teaching and mentoring today's decorating professionals, and her Addicted To Decorating consumer seminars.
- Co-Developer, of the current hands-on Redesign and Staging program used by The DSA trainers; Carol has taught hundreds of decorating professionals to build successful businesses.
- Co-Developer, of the International valued ACTION System, a unique numerical staging scoring systems used by stagers around the country.
- Before joining forces with JoAnne, Carol owned and operated two successful international franchises for 11 years, reached top director position with international direct marketing company, and was a training director and instructor for an international hotel chain and a public personality.
- Co-Authored, with her partner in training JoAnne Lenart-Weary, a weekly e-column called the Wednesday Wake-up that is now the monthly magazine The DEC opolitian read by over 5000.
